Meet NFPA 1977 Current Edition requirements for protective clothing and equipment for wildland fire fighting and are UL classified. 10y' Black Boulder flame- and cut-resisting leather uppers feature Kevlar^® thread and lace, leather storm welt, removable kiltie and solid brass stud hooks. The Vibram^® rugged outdoor and heavy-duty logger outsoles are oil-, heat- and slip resistant and feature a 3 ribbed steel ladder shank for arch support and the rubber and leather midsoles provide additional foot stability.
