Detection, Monitoring, and Measuring Equipment:
The fire service has a need for a wide variety of detection monitoring and measuring equipment. Detection equipment is normally used to identify a wide variety of gases which can occur from both equipment failure, leaks or Transportation accidents. A wide variety of monitoring equipment is also used by the fire service to monitor things such as temperature, movement, or deflection. The fire service measures a wide variety of elements to include temperature, pressure, distance, relative differences in a wide variety of common medical parameters. These tools can be cameras, heart monitors, tripods, gas meters, radiological monitors and other detection monitoring and measuring equipment.
