Fire Resistant Fabrics:

The fire service is very interested in fire resistant fabrics for the manufacturer of personal protective clothing, firefighting tools such as salvage covers and fire blankets. Firefighters also wear uniforms which are required to be flame resistant. Fire resistant fabrics are also used in the manufacture of most modern furniture and bedding. The fire service highly recommends the use of fire resistant fabrics for all window coverings too.
